Question

Ciao a tutti voi.

Uso Future Pinball in modalità schermo intero/widescreen.

I can only address your second problem because I don't have a cabinet.  I suggest finding tables that have FizX installed.  The table developers always identify it as such in the posting.  I think most are pretty consistently correct on the ball speed.  If you still need to have it play slower, you can reduce the table slope.  I don't recommend going below a slope of 5.0 on FizX.  On FizX, the slope has to be changed in the script.  If you download one of my tables, the table slope is changed on a menu system I call a "tweaker".  The download has directions for it.

One thing is you need to make sure you have the custom 1K polygon ball installed on a FizX table.  It should be included in the download of the table in a ZIP file that you don't unzip but save with the table.  The table developer should have directions for it either in the posting or the download.  If you don't have the custom ball installed, the table will play too fast.

On tables that do not have FizX, you can reduce the table slope in the right pane of the Future Pinball editor.

First, download and install this package, which has everything you need and will setup you up correctly for all tables:

https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/14807-future-pinball-and-bam-essentials-all-in-one/

Follow the included Install Guide. Make sure you run the following:

"BAM Settings - Cabinet - Reset and Install.bat" to setup your BAM settings properly for cabinet usage. When the window pops up, make sure you press a key to install the settings.

Then run "Start FP - Backbox.bat" if running a table with no PuP-Pack, or run "Start FP - PinEvent PupPack.bat" if running a PinEvent table with pup features enabled.

Set your resolution and controls in FP settings as needed, but the other settings should be good.

As for physics, even on VP many people don't prefer the default physics. So each of the newer tables that plays "the best" had nFozzy physics added which bypasses / disables parts of VP's physics to allow new nFozzy physics to be used. This is not automatic, and needs to be manually added to each VP tables. Not all VP tables have this.

On FP, its the same. The better playing FP tables use FizX physics (which adapted nFozzy techniques and more to FP). FizX bypasses / disables FP physics to allow new FizX physics to be used. This is also something that needs to be manually added to each table.

With VPX its not backwards compatible, so you can't play older tables with worse physics at all. On FP its completely backwards compatible, so you are able to play all older tables (going back to 2005!) that have old FP physics which can play much worse. I would stick to newer FP tables updated for FizX and PinEvent tables for now.
