BMX (Bally 1983) (Radical Rick)  DT/FS/VR
original table built by: JP Salas
Radical Rick was a comic strip character from BMX Plus! magazine in the 80's/90's , by the artist Damian Fulton
he rapidly became the mascot of BMX for that generation
I scoured the internet looking for Damian's characters to populate the playfield 
after that I focused on the color scheme and went with bright 80's colors
then placed all the new characters in the relatively same place as the original playfield
lots of custom art was created and mindfully placed (not just willy nilly)
shadows were added, along with routed PF holes  (see detail screenshots)
the physics were also changed to be more like the era of the machine
custom minimal VR room was created

@hauntfreaks it appears the "shoot again" insert is not lighting upon earning an extra ball. The game still awards the extra ball though. The original table by JP seems to work okay in that regard.

on the PF or on the BG    EDIT: ok I see its not working on the PF, but is working on the BG.... looking at the original table and mine... everything that triggers that light is 100% the same...
but I will continue to look deeper into this... its an odd issue for sure
EDIT2: ok so there is a conflict with the DT shoot again light, and the light on the PF
so the workaround for now is to comment out line 524.... this will fix the PF light, but will break the DT light  (the PF light is more important)
