Banana flippers and psychedelics!

 

This is an archival release from 2019. IIRC Gilrock started it and passed the project on to me, I did the modeling and rendering and the inimitable rothbauerw figured out how to get banana flippers working. It isn't built on great resources but it was fun to build this as a novelty project.

 

As an archival release there is no support/future update implied.

Those banana flippers are fascinating - I had no idea such a thing existed before! I wish more tables used them.

One of two tables to use banana flippers -- thank goodness for that 🙂

 

That said, those banana flippers make this table super fun to play if you want to get a little bit sloppy.  They have a nice slingshot effect and can really whip the ball around the table.  Hitting the back of the table off the flipper?  No problem.  Back hand any shot?  Sure thing.  Fly out of control?  Of course!  It plays fast and fun.

 

If you can manage to get a little bit of control of the ball you can light various scoring options, bonus, etc. and get a decent score.  Or just plug in those quarters and sling away!

Thanks for a great conversion of Time Warp from Williams, it's super fun and has been playing for some time now.
With ups and downs, but otherwise it was not fun 😉

Hell yeah. Those sides are brutal man, brilliant. Was a young teen playing this in the day.  Great recreation of a "hard bitch" pinball.
