VPX Table by: fuzzel, flupper1, rothbauerw

Runs in regular table mode and VR, settings are in the script.

V1.2: . Adjustments by tomate new metal plates for the ramps new less faceted prim for the upper right metal wall (I modified the vpx wall too) new metals textures.

For VR: I added animated flipper buttons for VR (its the little things), Backglass now runs B2S files, be sure to disable grills, DMD, and B2S DMD in B2S settings (right click the backglass on the screen) Runs in regular desktop mode and VR Room. Edit script to VRRoom = 1 for VR Minimal Room.

Updated to table: Issue with center lane (drive through lane) and ramps so ball doesn't always drain center and is more like the real table.

Table rebuild by Sixtoe (updated ramps with lighting and asset changes, along with timer adjustments, along with other many miscellaneous items)

Special thanks to fuzzel and rothbauerw for permission to mod.

Yes
v9.12

Great work here. Probably the best recreation of Creature from the Black Lagoon!

For those who'd like to know, here's the "main" objective:

  • "Start the movie" by spelling F-I-L-M. Each of the following objectives gives a letter
    • Shoot left flank (not the orbit) 4 times to spell K-I-S-S
    • Soft-plunge the ball or shoot the center lane (not the ramp) towards the "P-A-I-D" inlanes. Spell PAID to get a letter and increase bonus-x
    • Open the Snack Bar by shooting the right ramp until it opens
    • Shoot the right flank to get the "Slide award"
      • Once F-I-L-M is complete, shoot the right flank (where you got the Slide award) to "start the movie." Shoot shots lit by yellow triangles to search for the monster!

Great table and having the VR together saves a little storage.  Thanks to all involved.

V1.2 is a beautiful and well-done table.  Clearly a lot of time and effort were put into this.  Unfortunately for me there's a game-breaking bug in the top left lane near the ramp.  Vanishing ball/game ender aside, this is a 5 star table - loads of fun, clearly defined goals (they're written on the playfield above the letters F I L M) and the sounds and such really add to the overall theme/immersion.

At around 340k points, having shot the left lane/ramp once more (far too many times to count) the ball seemed to disappear.  Machine was playing sound etc... but nothing else was happening.  Upon closer inspection I could see the ball hovering/jiggling in the area marked by the purple line on my screenshot - below the plastic chute and just before the actual ramp.   After a minute or so I gave the table a nudge and the ball shot straight across the lane to the right and disappeared into the area marked with an orange line...  that was the last I seen of the ball.  The machine could then be heard trying to find the ball.  After a few minutes I tilted (using a keyboard) to see if that would help, no joy.  It did tilt but stuck in tilt mode (searching for ball).  The only way out was to forsake my new high score (bummer) and quit/restart the table.  I really look forward to playing this again when updated.
