There is no official support in VPinMAME for this.

 

Simply copy the original file from your roms folder, mt_145h.zip, to backup. Rename the downloaded file to mt_145h.zip and replace the original in your roms folder.

 

Game settings (F1) - check Ignore ROM CRC errors
