B2S Help.....

So you guys got me talked into installing all this b2S stuff. I already installed all the b2s stuff. Now my big issue is that the B2s is on the wrong screen. It is on the screen where my DMD is normally.....I run a 3 screen setup.

 

 

Anyone care to comment or help

Download the Screen Res Editor and place it in your tables folder.

Run it and it will help setup your screens for B2S.

Cool....I am doing that. Now I just need to figure out how to align the back glass.

Ok.....is there a way to customize the size of each back glass? Some it seems I need to adjust how they fit.

Hey all,

Does this editor have an effect on all my B2S DMD's and Backglasses?  I have some that work fine (AC/DC) and some that don't (Guns 'N Roses, Stern Playboy)....?

The screenres editor makes the general settings for direct b2s. What screen to display the bg on, what resolution, etc. Those are global. You can always resize/reshape/move the dmd on any table. The editor just writes this for you.

 

Kind of uneccessary imo because making a screenres.txt is already simple. Here's mine.

 

1920            Playfield res
1080            Playfield res
1280            Backglass res
1024            Backglass res
2                  Display backglass on this monitor
0                  o's are unused. I forgot what they do. I only run 2 screens.

Yeah I already have those settings in my screenres.txt file and I never can move the DMD to the backglass screen and keep it there....  Frustrating !!

this is what i do...show border move it and resize it to what i want and before i close the border i move the dmd window around and then it always stays were i leave it...

if i dont move it before i close the border it always goes back to the original position...just a trick i learned early on  in vp..
