Hello

I cant get further the pin2dmd logo.

I think the activation is succeed.

When I put the led panel to the pinball nothing change I can see the logo but nothing else.

I put the key file to the sd card and the update file as well I think the update was successful but nothing changed.

Thanks for your help.

Update

It turned out I have bad usb cables the third on did the trick.

Anyway I still get the same problem, I deleted the chip and upload the pin2dmd.bin file again. I put also the colored file and the unit does not turn on automatically uness I push the reset button.

I cant get trough the pin2dmd logo after I switched the game on.

I tried it in two different machine with the same results.

Is it a Nucleo ? You need to downgrade your ST-Link firmware.

Thank you for your help.

How can I downgrade the st link?

Also I did a input test wich is failed.

I put jumper :

1-2=pin 5close

3-4=pin5close

5-6=pin5close

7-8=pin11close

9-10=pin11close

11-12=pin11 close

13-14=pin11 close

Without jumper all pin open

Update

I changed the sandwich panel where the sd card is and it solved the input test problem. Before I changed the sandwich panel I put a new LS74123N but still I have failed input test so I swapped from a working display panel But still get the pin2dmd logo in the game. The game graphics does not start.

Resolved.

This thread gave me the solution

I had tried to downgrade ST-Link but with a not old enough firmware.  I found an older ST-link utility on my NAS (V2.J34.M26). Now everything is working fine.
