The table looks awesome, but I get some errors. Any idea what to do?

You need to update BAM. Terry has a very thorough guide included in the download. His new all-in-one bam updater already has the 4GB patch applied too so it's much simpler than in the past

Hey Terry.

I was wondering if the table rules for the updated Future Pinball tables were stored anywhere other than in the install packages for the games themselves?

None that I have posted / made. Not all of them have any rules written out in a doc / txt at all.

This specific table (JAWS BBE) tells you what to do on the FullDMD while you play.

Google was my friend. I was looking through the wrong code. The answer was to be found in the PinEvent_settings.vbs and NOT the table script.

Thanks for the great table!

Hi Terry,

Thanks for the great table. I just finished re-building my older cabinet re-themed to Jaws. I have a new hard drive with a fresh install of Windows 10 64 bit and installed all of the prerequisites, baller installer, updated FP AIO linked here and went through your installation guide step by step.

Everything works perfectly EXCEPT I have absolutely no mechanical sounds while playing the table. I get sound from the Pup pack videos, a few table sounds (slings etc that have sound effects rather than mechanical sound) and table music is all working but the rest is all silent. NO coindrop, jet bumpers, rubber hits, flipper sounds, ball rolling, ramp hits, metal strikes, nothing at all which really kills the immersion. Watching you play this table online, I can hear that you have all of these wonderful sounds but I have none of them...

I do not use DOF or SSF. I just have a 200 watt 2.1 Klipsch speaker system with a subwoofer inside the cab and stereo speakers in the back box. This setup provides enough physical feedback to satisfy my needs. Reading through the roughly 18,000 lines of script code, I find that most mechanical sounds are remarked out like this 'PlaySound "fx_CoinIn" ' - disabled and added to PinEvent. Removing all of these comments throughout the script restores some, but not all, mech sounds. Still missing are flippers, ball rolling, ball rubber or metal hits etc.

I have tried changing the specific DOF items to false and SSF items to false all with no result. What am I missing please? I have been at this for a few days and have been spending all of my spare time reading over the code but I am at a loss with FP

I have been running Visual Pinball for more than a decade and never got into FP but watching your Jaws table run through on Youtube sucked me in. Everything works in VP including the old Jaws PUP that you made for RandR's Jaws table which I was perfectly happy with until I saw your Bigger Boat Edition :)

I must be missing something. Can you point me in the right direction please? It's probably something simple that I just can't see through a mountain of unfamiliar FP script :)

Thanks

AL

Unfortunately, screen recording isn't working for me in Pinup Popper for Future Pinball. Could someone possibly send me a playfield video for the Jaws Bigger Boat Edition pinball table? Thank you very much!
