Error when trying to download

Hello all

I am struggling to download a backglass from the website.

I can get to the new download screen fine which countdowns 30 seconds. After that I get a big error which starts with the following  lines..

<Error>

<Code>SignatureDoesNotMatch</Code>

<Message>The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.</Message>

I am using the same computer I have always  used for VPUniverse and the same account.

Can anyone help?

Which backglass were you trying to download when you got this error?

Hi. It was a backglass for the Barbwire table. It was posted by hirez. It's an old one.
