I Am Running Into The Download Denied Issue

hello. new user, big fan. Ive recently encountered a problem where after 60 seconds, i cannot download a file and it says i need to finish my other downloads, only there are non. Ive cleared all my cookies, and temps.. tried 2 browsers. I saw somewhere someone had to have an admin fix it on their end.. is this the case? or what can i try

nm on me.  I just paid for a tier subscription. (would have done it earlier had i realized it was an option). 

 

*EDIT*  nope that didn't fix it.  3 downloads later and it denied me again

 

*EDIT 2*   this appears to be site wide.  another thread says people have been pm'd.

Ok Guys.  This should be fixed.  We did a server upgrade over the weekend.16 core processor w/SSD raid config. It looks like when I re-started the site the download sessions did not get cleared.  I just manually cleared all sessions, so this should be corrected now.  Please test for me and let me know if you are still having problems.

Sorry guys... I have the support team working on it right now.

I have never been able to start more then one download at a time on this site... no matter the size of the files.  If the countdown timer is going on the first one and I start a second they will fail.

and its back.  I did not stop a download or do simultaneous downloads(although i'm allowed 6).  i believe you guys are trying hard to fix this.  just keeping you informed that its not.

Downloads working for me right now, can you link to a file you're not having success with? Is it a specific section?

after i downloaded yesterday 2 Tables at the visual pinball 10 section...... every download  now  from the vPinball10 comes with this error

I've got this Error while downloding some ROMs. Now, hours later, it's still the same...

I am also having this problem.

It says "You may only download 10 files at a time. Wait until some of your other downloads have finished and then try again."

I usually only download 1 file at a time. I have cleared cookies, rebooted, nothing is working.

I was also downloading from ROM's section.

6 hours later, after going to bed and waking up, still same thing. I cannot download anything. Getting same message as pic above.

Is anybody else experiencing this? Or is it just me?

I was actually trying to take a small break from working on these tables and downloading all the ones I missed.

(I try to download all the tables and other stuff I missed during month because of working on tables. Once a month I do this to catch up with downloads.)

I would appreciate any info or help to get this issue resolved. It is kind of a drag not being able to download anything. This is the first time I have ever had a problem on this great website.
