I don't understand why you were not able to get a second instance of ffmpeg running. Simultaneous capture is one of the really cool features as the output videos are then synced to each other. Flashers on backglasses flash at the same time as the playfield. On a table like Mystery Castle, indicators on the playfield are synced to the description of table rules on the DMD. It's a nice touch. Hopefully that can be figured out at some point. Also the beauty is that a bat file can be created that will run videos for an entire folder of vpt files if you want.
