backglass issues for a newbie

Hi Everyone. I am new to this and need som ehelp. but I am not sure where i am supposed to post. i am building a 3 monitor cabinet and can not get the backglass to show up on certain tables. The table I was just working on was The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. The DMD and the table are fine, but when i alt tab, i can see the backglass running on the playfield but i can't click on it to move it. The playfield is also gone, and I have to force quit the application and relaunch it. I have used claude, Gemini, and YouTube, all with no avail
If this is not the right place let me know and I will gladly go there. another table i am stuggling with is dark chaos, nothing I do gets the blackglass or DMD to show up.

 

I will try to give as much information as possible. I used baller installer. My playfield is monitor 3, back glass is monitor 1, and the DMD is 2. I aligned them in Windows so the bottoms lined up. I moved them to top-aligned, and the DMD disappeared. I have tried modifying the screenres.txt file. I have run the registry tool a few times as well. I'm close to pulling my hair out!! lol. any help would be appreciated.

Arrange your Displays from left to right: playfield-backglass-dmd (Windows displaynumbers doesn't Care)

Align them at top.

Create/edit screenres.txt and be Sure you have only ONE screenres.txt (normally in the table folder)

See the Display Position values in this File, maybe modify them by your Setup.

Screenres.txt is created by b2s-server.
