Shark (Hankin 1980) (no art)

Whitewood of Hankin's "Shark" from 1980.

With no decent Shark art currently redrawn or available I am releasing this to the community for anybody to skin correctly.

Shark (Hankin 1980) built as the base to mod from for Lunar Howl 8 Frozen North. I used the vp6 table by Eala Dubh / TAB/Tinyrodent as a reference. I used the desktop displays from their version, and various scripts from tables by JPSalas, and the VPX starter table. I rebuilt with modern meshes and table components, and rubbers etc. I added manual GI lighting in absence of ROM calls. (I may be wrong but it appeared the Skark rom had static GI)

I have stripped out the LH8FN mods and commented out the LH8FN related script sections.

There may be minor adjustments to make once Shark art is imported (Apron will likely need to be reshaped, bumper caps may need to be changed as these were both done to fit LH8FN.)

I have left the manual GI lighting controls in place (from Frozen North) as shark appears to not have any GI use being on and off with the table. Puritans may wish to disable GI flashing.

Core Playfield Features for shark
Drop Targets & Lanes:
Hitting the drop targets on the right and navigating the lanes on the left lights up various playfield features and scoring multipliers.Shark Bite Loop: Features a teeth-lined "shark bite" loop and corresponding playfield plastics to add depth to the aquatic theme.
Flippers: Equipped with 4 flippers to help players navigate the widebody layout.Outlanes: The outlanes are notoriously hungry, making precise ball control essential to keep the game going.

This is NOT intended as a completed table release, as if that wasn't obvious, but some days I don't trust the obvious to be so so that has been said outright.

If you want to do the redraw and complete the table, please be my guest. No permission is needed. But note that the art from the old vp6 table is NOT suitable. It is of a quality reflected by its time, that of 15"crt monitors running at 1024x768 or 800x600 in desktop mode only. Those images will not suffice for VPX on modern rigs.
