Teenage mutant ninja turtles stern pinball

I have a question i am building a virtual pinball cabinet and want to have teenage mutant ninja turtles stern pinball on my virtual pinball cabinet but i cant find it anywhere does anyone have a tmnt stern pinball vpx file?

There is no real recreation, except for a basic layout table with almost no ruleset, afaik. 
Some reasons are:

1. the Spike 1 and newer 2 and 3 Systems have not been emulated yet and probably will not in the near future. 
2. there is a sort of „gentlemen’s agreement“ to not recreate machines unless they’re 3 years out of production. 
3. especially for spike, there has to be a sort of virtual system/machine to run the code natively, it’s not as „simple“ as vpinmame.

 

apart from Stern, other manufacturers don’t want their games to recreated at all. We have to respect that, our hobby is AT LEAST a grey zone when it comes to legality.
