Tables crashing and freezing program during play and more

Did a new install on a new computer.  Ran baller installer and everything went smoothly.  Now I am having  a few different issues.

 

1. when i go to play a table to test the system, it will play for a few seconds and then freeze completely and cause pinup to close.  
2. I get a message that says 'ms-gamingoverlay'  I have searched this and tried turning off the gamebar but that has not fixed the problem.
3. Now when i press enter on my keyboard to launch a game or ball, it opens the internet for some reason.  

 

I had a different computer that worked fine before but got a new, higher performance computer and now can't seem to get this going right.  I didn't have any of these issues with my last computer.  Can anyone help, I have tried searching for fixes and cant seem to find anything.
