Terminator 3 (Stern 2003) Siggi/TastyWasps VLM mod

This adds VLM rendered lighting to the brilliant Siggi/TastyWasps mod of T3. Thanks to Siggi and TastyWasps for their work and their permission to mod. Thanks JPS for the original build. Also thanks to iakki for scripting all the mesh animations and apophis for getting the VLM working in the script. Thanks VPW for testing.
