Where do you put Alt Color files?

I downloaded an Alt Color file that contains a playfield png file and plastics png file, and so on. They came in a folder named "media".

So far, I have tried renaming the folder "media" to the table's name and placing the file in my directory Table, PoPMedia, and PoPVideo, the Alt Color files are still not working. No Rom downloads were needed for the table.

altcolor files usually come in the following file formats: .crz, vni, pac, pal

Alt Color by Pinball Lizard. The files (playfield, plastics, etc) are in png file format and they came in a folder named "media".

The original table I am using this Alt Color on also has a "Media" folder, and the files are also in png files, having one of the same property (playfield). The original table's "Media" folder also contain "backglass", "desktop", all in png file format.

ah, those are NOT altcolor files in the common sense (colorizing dmds  )

 

for this case you have to:

open the table

open image manager

reimport image you want to replace
