Cannot get VPX backglass to show (anywhere) no matter what I try.

The .vpx and .b2s files are identically named in the Tables folder. I don't have "disable b2s" enabled in VPX. I cliecked on the B2backglassserverregisterapp.exe file and ran it as administrator which doesn't seem to do anything. I installed the latest C++ Visual all-ine-one package. I have installed the latest PinUP Popper Baller Installer and have made the right selections in regards to how many screens, their resolutions, their placements, what numbers they are... nothing is working.
