I have a 4x3 Backglass on my home setup so the PupPack is set to display a 4x3 video. If you want to use a 16:9 version just rename the included 16x9 version of the Backglass video and rename it “bgdefault” and replace it with the one in the “bgdefault” folder in the DaftPunk pup folder.

Installed the table and copied over the Pup Pack,  changed the video file to the 16:9 from the backglass folder  ( i note these are .MOV files?  )
The pup pack doesn't appear to be working?   The table and dmd are fine (1st & 3rd screen)  but no backglass showing? (2nd screen)

 

Anyone able to help?

Same thing here. Table & DMD work, but no backglass.

I also wasn't getting the backglass to work.

 

What fixed it for me was changing the "ScreeNum" value from 0 to 2 in playlists.pup and triggers.pup.   Hopefully helps someone else
