This is my B&W mod of VPW's Twilight Zone.   I followed @SG1bsoN format using washed out colors, this leaves certain things like inserts/dome covers, flippers, bumpers their original colors. Nearly everything else is manually adjusted in photoshop. 

 

*IF you are looking for less color or ever a true B&W.  Press f12 to get to the tweak menu and there is 'desaturation' option that can be adjusted!*

 

To install:  You will need the VPURemix tool: https://vpuniverse.com/news/articles/vpuremix-patching-system-r14/ and the original VPW table:  https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/20930-twilight-zone-bally-1993-vpw-edition/

Released

Added LUT saturation to f12 menu.  Table defaults to washed out, this is lights and bumpers at original colors, the rest of the table is desaturated image by image to about 80%.  There are 10 LUT options to further desaturate the table to get to a true B&W.

Fantastic mod,  Really like the look, Not sure why someone would leave less than 5 stars because they cannot read and or understand how a "dif" file works. Anyways nice job @cheese3075

Sorry how exactly do i open the dif file it is not standard table file???????

Giving me three stars because you don't know how to read the instructions is in poor taste.  You will need to download the original table (which is in the description) and the use the VP patching tool (link is ALSO in the description).  If you need more help please comment or PM.   Sheesh!
