Robo-War (Premier 1988)

I opened up VPU today to a surprise in the form of new author, @versins77 bringing us three new tables with nFozzy/Roth physics, Fleep sound package, and more. Whenever I see a new name that takes the challenge of updating a new table with modern techniques, my interest is always peaked. I can honestly say, his one was well worth the exploration, and I am excited we have new development blood coming into the hobby regularly.

This has taken an already incredible table from Dozer, and brought it into the modern age with these improvements. The only feedback I can offer thus far is my plunger does not work out of the box, but that is easily fixed in the script.

Graphics: The upscaling work is crisp, clean, and an incredible improvement. Playfield and plastics look gorgeous, and the LUT additions are a nice touch.

Play: I have not played the real thing, but shots are clean, and compared to the previous version, I can do a tap pass with some effort, back hand shots well, and hit most targets I aim for. Really fun play here, and the ruleset on the table is fun.

Install: Download, grab b2s made by @hauntfreaks, place in your tables folder, and GO!

Thank you really nice work. every table needs nfozzy physics and fleep sound wich are amazing on their own but you also greatly enhanced the graphics and lightings wich are the cherry on the cake!!
