View File Twin Peaks v2.1 Remix (2022) The owls are not what they seem... When I downloaded the Twin Peaks table that jeffh created, I fell in love. It was quickly becoming my favorite table, but there were weird quirks that I came to not love. Why the heck was it playing so many songs at the same time? Why did the table randomly crash when I hit a super jackpot? Who the heck was the 3D model in the middle of the table? Who was this callout woman alerting me every time I accomplished a skill shot? And on and on. What began as me trying to fix the "why are songs playing over other songs? Is this intentional?" issue spiraled into me diving deep into things. Now it's exactly how I hoped it would be and more. Changes: -Fixed overlapping music -Removed songs that I didn't think fit the vibe. -Added songs I did think fit the vibe. -Replaced 3d model with actual Laura Palmer. -Replaced mp3s with full versions and adjusted timers accordingly. -Fixed attract mode turning off when game begins. -Turned off Laura's rotation. It didn't make sense to me. -Brought over DOF effets from Dark Princess. -Adjusted MX lighting to be all red. -Added new DOF 5 Light Bar RGB effects. -Removed generic voiceovers. -Redid a good majority of the DMD imagery/videoes. -Fixed some game breaking bugs: -Removed references to lights that didn't exist. (Double and Triple Jackpot) -Removed Light03 references. -Redid backglass. (I include a 2 screen and 3 screen option) -Fixed bug related to end-of-ball bonuses not displaying properly. -Added F12 option to select number of balls. Installation instructions: Use VPURemix System to create vpx file. 1) Download VPURemix at: https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/2581-vpuremix-system-vppatching-system-vpx-only/ 2) Download original Twin Peaks v1.2 from: https://vpuniverse.com/files/file/9056-twin-peaks-vpx-table-with-backglass-and-media-files/ 3) Extract VPURemix and open VPUPatcher64_vx.xx. 4) Apply patch. -Select original Twin Peaks table from step #2. -Select patch that you downloaded with this readme. -Select apply to create vpx table. 5) If you want to use the new b2s file that I created, rename to same as vpx name and place in tables folder. (There's one with DMD on the backglass and one without. Use whichever works for you.) 6) Place my modified TWINPEAKS music folder in your Music folder. 7) Place TWINPEAKS.UltraDMD folder in your Tables folder. 😎 Launch table.
