Pinup Popper autorecorder with MAME and NES

I am using this for my frontend on an arcade im building myself and my wife. I am trying to record MAME and NES using autorecorder. When it records and says its done encoding, all it shows is the desktop. I am sure its something simple, but I cant seem to find what I need to change to fix it. Any help?
