PinDMD3 Installation Problems

I have a Windows 11 64-bit.  When I used Nailbusters Baller Installer I did not have a real DMD.  I now have a pinDMD3 but I cannot get windows to install it correctly.  When I plug it in it shows in Windows as a generic USB controller with a yellow triangle and say it cannot install the driver.  The instructions say that windows will install the drivers automatically but this is not working.  Does anyone have any advice?  I am at a loss.
