New problem with Viper Night Drivin'

After the table loads all the flashers light up very bright and unplayable.  I updated to the VPX 10.8 RC1, downgrade to lower 10.8 builds and still doing the same.  Is there an option I may have accidently changed?  Can someone help verify their Viper Night Drivin table is still working properly?
