In Pinup 1.5, exiting a table exists the entire Pinup Interface

I upgraded to pinup 1.5 and now every time I exit a vpx table, the whole interface shuts down.  I cannot restart pinup interface because the services are all still running in the background.

 

I made sure I am not using the same keys in the Pinup System that I used in the emulation to exit the table.

 

Anyone have any ideas?  I did try replacing all the files in case any might be corrupt but that did not help.

 

Version pinup 1.4 does not have this problem as I took a back of the whole vPinball folder before I upgraded to the latest 64-bit version.  I don't want to go back to the old version because I put all my tables in the new version and tweaked everything.
