black box over TMNT table

Hello. I am getting this black box with the number "0" overlaid over my pinball table. It's not causing any game disturbances but I know it's not supposed to be there. How do I get rid of it? By testing it seems to have something to do with having the backglass enabled. I've looked into B2S settings, DMD settings, B2S screen position settings, table script, etc., but still can't get rid of it. Someone please help me. Thank you.
