Upgrading to a complete new pc

Hi all I'm hoping someone can help I've recently brought a virtual pinball machine but the pc isn't capable of running in 4k without serious ball stutter so I'm going to put in hole new pc. 

 

If I do a sysprep before cloning and I can reactivate windows successfully which I told can be done what issues will I run into getting pinup/vpx up and running again? Or this evening the right way to do it? Should I just copy files rather than cloning and just have a fresh window install I'm just trying see if I can switch to a pc capable of running 4k without totally screwing everything up pinup/vpx wise all help greatly appreciated before I take the leap thanks.
