Backglass and playground files to printable

Hi everynody! i am new here, just discover this amazing site for retro pinballs. I was looking to find backglassand playground images to make me some prints to decorate my playroom. I found them here but i don´t know nothing about the format of this files (B2S), so I need your help and I will be very grateful if someone can explain to me how I can convert it to an image file. thank you so much!.
