VPX GL running rather than DX

I have removed all GL ver of VPX and still by default VPX GL is loading tables.

I even went in and selected the DX ver of VPX to be opened with the tables and still VPX GL loads.

How do I stop GL ver from loading and get my DX ver back to default table loader?
