Not to the heady days where you could buy a pinball machine for under $500... too many people know they can go into homes, on both sides of the transaction.

My first pin in 1995 or 6,  Williams Hot Line $150. Strange Science $400. Cleopatra $100. Mars Trek $50. Flip Flop- free. Pinbot, free. Swords of Fury I got from Gilbert Sanchez for $375. 2 CFTBL's, one for $600 the other $800. Funhouse, my grail - $800. That was between 96 and around 2003. Then all hell broke loose. It's a kings hobby now.

Dare i say it though if i can ever get to play a "real" table , i will always prefer the physical mechanics and props of one over virtual,

as much as virtual is a very good experience.

Oh for sure - nothing quite like ripping a spinner in real life, or seeing a really beautiful backglass.   But man oh man has vpin made strides....
