Move wheel layout to Horizontal on Multi-Monitor Desktop Setup on Landscape Orientation

Hey guys, I'm currently using Pinup Popper T-Arc Desktop Theme [1080p] on a desktop setup but with multiple screen.

 

May I know if there is a way to move the vertical wheel at the left to show at the bottom? I have monitor set as landscape and would like the arc to go from left to right.
