Day/night cycle override in 10.8 beta 7 and table .ini

Hi! 
i noticed that the table.ini always gets the entry “day/night=0”. But in the global options I can choose an override for that (which is awesome!). Now I don’t know which one takes priority here. The table.ini should always override the global options as far as I know. But I never chose to disable day/night in any table option. I want all tables to take heed to my day night cycle global setting. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
