ALP Xbox 360 controller missing while connected to USB

Recommended Posts

Hi All, I'm a newbie here, just recently got my ALP cabinet for Christmas. I'm having an odd problem and was wondering if anyone else had it?

When I plug a USB cable into the second USB port & into two different PC's, The only thing that shows up on those PC's is an easy suite drive with nothing under game controllers.

I've tried to factory reset, and update to the 5.70 firmware, but with no change. I tried a powered USB hub too with no change. has anyone run into this?

I really want to play VPX tables that I setup on my PC :(

Did you ever figure this out? Are you using a quality USB cord to plug into your ALP? Windows should automatically detect the ALP controls. I recently did a fresh install of my Windows (upgraded to Windows 11), and it actually setup my ALP controls once I plugged it in. This is the standard controls by the way, not the arcade controller add-on.
