What NVidia Latency setting when using Frame Pacing?

Curious what the experts think is the best Latency when using Frame Pacing?   I tried Ultra and On I think it might have been worse vs Off (driver default). 

0 pre-rendered frames set in VPX

RTX2060

also, any impact when using G-Sync?
