F10 3D map to button?

Hello all.

 

So I am trying  to make the 3D F10 key in VPX work by mapping  it to my cab "Button 4" But it does not work. When I hit F10 it works, but not when its mapped?

also is there away to just turn 3D on and off and not cycle through all the 3D setting? What am I missing?
