Hey - what's the secret to getting back into the DOF Config Tool? The password reset doesn't work and I tried to create new accounts but that doesn't seem to work either, I'm just sort of locked out permanently... Tried reaching out like it says in the forums about a month ago but haven't heard back. Thanks!

Oh dear, almost a year later, and I'm also struggling. The silly website doesn't email the temporary password. And I don't want to create a new account, because I can't remember what the input on my boards are and I want to take the thing apart just setup a new account.
