Pup pack wont show on the backglass

I have lord of the rings vpx table. It is working lovely (i had to install vpinmame 3.6). I decided to put the pup pack. Unfortunately it wont show in the backglass. when i load pup pack in the pup pack editor and test it, then i can see the background image on the back glass... But when i start the table the backglass is blank! Does anybody has any idea what i am doing wrong?
