Where to get sToken.exe and sQRCode.exe

When editing Blood Machines:

 

'    Scorbit needs 3 exe files to be but into tables folder. sToken.exe and sQRCode.exe are the same as previous Scorbit tables.
'    QRView.exe sources are at: https://github.com/iaakki/VPXQRView
'    Remember to unblock these files

 

I didn't see the sToken.exe and sQRCode.exe files. Where would I go about getting these files?
