Cant Get Black Belt Pup to work

thanks for the help !

 

I have installed Black belt like I do every other Pup that I have installed to date.  Get a black screen when i fire it up.

 

1) Downloaded Files from Here

2) dropped VPX in tables folder

3 ) dropped pup download into PUPvideos file.

4) Ran the batch file

5) made sure there wasnt 2 blackblt files in the pup video file

6) game itself plays fine with rom 

7) rom name matches Pupvideo file

 

I am missing something.  Any help would be appreciated
