Frame Pacing stutters - setup question

Dear guys I do have severe stutter issues in 10.8 with the new VPW tables since JM.

F11 shows me in flickering red

Render:97fps   10.3 (13max)

Latency: 04 (12max)

 

 

 

how do i set it up correctly? running a 3060ti

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz   2.50 GHz

16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

 

on  10.8 and mame 3.6
