Sound/SSF reversed on Batman '66 Pinmafia B&W Mod

This is the first time this has occurred. Other tables work normally but Batman '66 Pinmafia B&W Mod seems to have the sound and SSF signals reversed. The music plays through cabinet exciters and bass shakers. The table impact sounds are coming though the backbox speakers. I don't know if it is related but I downloaded Flash, which I believe uses the same ROM. SSF impact sounds played through the cabinet as expected but there was no sound of any kind from the backbox speakers.
