B2s Backglass

I need some help with backglass. I am using a single display. When I launch a table, the glass does not show. If I alt/tab, the glass is on the windows desktop and if I click on it, it does show with the table but the games stops until I click somewhere on the table and then the glass dissappears again. I have searched but have not found a solution. I must be missing something simple.  I hope that made sense! Thanks for any help.

right click on the backglass to open settings menu, set "Form To Top". Do not use Fullscreen Display on Desktop.

Hi Tikimaster, I am seeing this screen with a check box for "bring forms to top." It looks a bit different than the pic you sent. Maybe the version number?

Your backglass server is too old. update it. See my version nr. is 2.0.2 - your server is from Stone Age. 🙂

Thank you Tikimaster, I have updated and now see the backglass on the screen. I think I had the B2S server files in the wrong location to begin with. Now I have to figure how to move the backglass to a different part of the screen. I would like to have it on the upper right of the screen.

see the button at the bottom 'edit screenres'? that creates the file that determines where you position and size the backglass and fulldmd (if the b2s has one)

Thanks Tikimaster. The video is great. I am still having problems however. For some reason,  only the B2s "dummy" window pops up and when I move it, save, and restart, no position change has taken place. Also, the DMD is hidden behind the backglass on most tables. On some tables, on top of backglass. Where should the backblass server files be located? Maybe I have them in the wrong folder.

If you update the backglass server, use the config you already have. If your server is already in Tables and working, use Tables. For a fresh installation its clever to use a own dir for the server like vpinball/b2sserver. Use the path you like..
- never use fullscreen on desktop
- right click on backglass, set form to top
- right click on backglass and click on more and enable windowpunch

I screwed things up again. I was making a little progress and clicked somewhere and now have 2 windows with this. I remember clicking on something but have been unable to find what I clicked on.

Start Table press f1 disable or enable
Show DMD (for the internal VpinMame DMD) or Use external DMD for turning on-off  dmdext (Freezy/Lucky)

Thanks got it. Now another issue with "The Way of the Dragon." I have 2 DMD displays and can't figure out how to disable 1 of them. I have tried the options in the B2s backglass server window with no success. I am getting my ass kicked with this!
