Loading screens launching custom timing?

Hello everyone, I was curious if anyone knows if this is possible or not. All my tables seem to launch at different times, I assume everyone else experiences the same.

My question is... Is there a way to prolong the start of the table to let the loading screen run its course or no?

For example, the Sonic the Hedgehog table will launch so fast that my loading screen wont finish but other tables my loading screens loop before they start.
