Dear Sirs
I ask you if you know a contact or email address to report a claim.
I subscribed for $10 (1 year) and the card charged me twice by mistake (I paid $20). That was August 23, 2023 (just 23 days)
Yesterday I wanted to download from the site as I do daily, and I found that I had to wait 45 seconds as if I had not been subscribed.
I ask if anyone knows who I should direct the claim to?
