Global settings for day/night cycle intensity?

I just upgraded to vpx 10.8 beta (32bit) and I notice the following across all tables: 

1) environmental emission scale is significantly lower than before

2) the day/night cycle seems to be much less impacting on the illumination than in 10.7

 

I have 320 tables set ip completely manually, so I am hoping that someone has experienced the same and found a global fix.

You should provide the exact version number with 10.8 Problems. I had darker tables with some beta versions too, day-night didnt work, but it seems to be fixed. I am on version 1379 64bit now.
