I basically is saying that it doesn't find the application that it is supposed to edit vpx files with. Could it be that you at one point had this working, it is registered to VPinball.exe and now, that file isn't there ? Maybe you only have the 64bit version now. VPinballX64.exe or something ? You could just copy and paste whatever you have, and rename the copy to VPinball.exe - or fix the registry entry, which is a better long term solution.
