I installed a 1GB video card that a friend gave me and the first time I launched the Metallica Pro table it worked flawlessly.  I closed out of the table and went back in....and now it echoes again and I cannot get it to play correctly again.  :)

 

Why in the world did it play fine for one time and now back to echoing?  Am I missing something?

I upgraded to Quad core 3.8 ghz and 8 GB of DDR3 RAM(new mobo) and the audio is now fixed.  24 seems a bit sluggish still so I may upgrade the video card next...but yeah it was a performance issue.
