AtGames Legends Accelerometer and VPX, Nudging x and y seem flipped?

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have an Atgames Legends Pinball cabinet that I have been using for Visual Pinball X. Everything is going and working great except for 1 thing, The nudging. When I nudge the machine from the side the ball will behave like I pushed it forward, like I hit the right side of the table while the ball is sitting on the plunger and it will shoot up like I hit the cabinet in the front. I have tried going into the nudge preferances and inverting the x and y axis, and changing deadzone sensitivity and all that and nothing changes. Is there anything I am missing?
