h743zi2 nucleo board no real pin

Hi 

 

I Built a Hd pin2dmd based on rene's pcb using the nucleo h743zi2. It functions correctly when plugged in to my pc playing virtual pinball and the pin test is as it should be, but when plugged into my nba fastbreak it doesn't move past the splash screen even when reset.

 

Firmware is evo256x64 4.54 

 

Any advice would be great. Thankyou.
